摘要
生物技术类专业人才培养方案的制定应与高职教育对人才培养的需求相适应,高职人才培养目标是高技能应用型人才的培养,职业的培养是重点,充分体现在职业性、实践性和开放性。为遵守高职学生职业能力培养规律,以真实的工作任务及其过程作为整合依据,改革教学内容,做到“教、学、做”一体化,通过工作任务的实施来带动理论知识模块的教学,把“工学结合”作为课程体系改革的突破口,由此带动专业建设、课程设置、教学内容和教学模式的改革。
The development of talent training program of biotechnology specialty should adapt to the needs of higher vocational education for talent training.The goal of higher vocational talent training is to cultivate high skilled and applied talents,and vocational training is the key point,which is fully reflected in professionalism,practicality and openness.In order to comply with the law of vocational ability training of higher vocational students,the real work task and its process should be taken as the integration basis According to the author,we should reform the teaching content,achieve the integration of“teaching,learning and doing”,promote the teaching of theoretical knowledge module through the implementation of work tasks,and take“work study combination”as the breakthrough point of curriculum system reform,so as to drive the reform of specialty construction,curriculum,teaching content and teaching mode.
