城镇燃气管网完整性管理体系分析及建议

Analysis and Suggestions on Integrity Management System of Town Gas Pipeline Network

针对城镇燃气管网完整性管理体系的建立问题,结合我国城镇燃气管网的建设现状,对完整性管理体系建设过程中的问题进行分析,提出城镇燃气管网完整性管理建设的建议,为推动我国城镇燃气管网完整性管理的进一步发展奠定基础。研究表明:目前我国城镇燃气管网完整性管理的建立相对较为落后,业务流程的衔接相对较差,评估方法也并不成熟,主要以管道巡检工作为主,因此,相关企业需要从组织保障体系的建立、构建预防性管理体系、建立数据统一保管制度以及重视重要影响因素四个方面入手,分别采取多项有效措施,全面提高我国城镇燃气管网的完整性管理水平。

In view of the problem of establishing the integrity management system of urban gas pipeline networks,this study combines the construction status of China’s urban gas pipeline networks,analyzes the problems during the construction of the integrity management system,and proposes the integrity management construction of urban gas pipeline networks The recommendations laid the foundation for the further development of the integrity management of China's urban gas pipeline networks.Research shows that the establishment of integrity management of urban gas pipeline networks in China is relatively backward,the connection of business processes is relatively poor,and the evaluation methods are not mature.The main work is pipeline inspection.The establishment of the system,the construction of a preventive management system,the establishment of a unified data storage system,and the importance of important influencing factors were all taken to take effective measures to comprehensively improve the integrity management level of China's urban gas pipeline network.
