自我国加入世界贸易组织以来,我国社会经济就获得了突飞猛进的发展,极大地加快了城市化进程,不仅扩大了城市规模且增加了人口数量,由此造成的城市环境污染问题日益严重,对城市广大居民的生活环境造成严重影响,不利于居民的身心健康。与此同时,在经济高速发展过程中我国也逐渐意识到保护环境的重要性,环保力度较之前相比有明显的加大,在环境治理方面也取得一定成效,但是在治理城市大气环境污染物方面依然不可避免地存在各种问题,且至今没有找到根治与解决的方法。
