切除袋形缝合术治疗54例低位复杂性肛瘘患者的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of resection and marsupialization on 54 patients with low complex anal fistula

目的分析切除袋形缝合术治疗低位复杂性肛瘘的效果及并发症。方法对54例低位复杂性肛瘘患者行切除袋形缝合术,观察其治疗效果。结果54例患者中,治愈52例,未愈2例。平均手术时间(45.15±5.13)min,平均术中出血量(40.72±8.48)mL,平均术后住院时间(6.94±1.29)d,平均切口愈合时间(18.85±3.72)d,平均术后切口疼痛NRS评分(6.50±1.11)分,平均术后尿潴留评分(1.70±1.19)分。结论切除袋形缝合术治疗低位复杂性肛瘘的效果确切。

Objective To analyze the effect and complications of resection and marsupialization on low complex anal fistula.Methods Fifty-four cases of low complex anal fistula patients were treated with resection and marsupialization.The therapeutic effect was observed.Results In 54 cases,52 cases were cured and 2 cases were not cured.The mean operative duration was(45.15±5.13)min,mean intraoperative blood loss was(40.72±8.48)mL,mean postoperative hospital stay was(6.94±1.29)d,mean incision healing time was(18.85±3.72)d,mean NRS score of postoperative incision pain was(6.50±1.11)points,and mean postoperative urinary retention score was(1.70±1.19)points.Conclusion Resection and marsupialization in the treatment of low complex anal fistula has definite effect.
