1例“胫腓骨下端骨折术后下胫腓联合骨性融合”的个案报道

A case report of"lower tibiofibular syndesmosis with osseous fusion after lower tibiofibular fracture operation"

目的报道1例“胫腓骨下端骨折术后下胫腓联合骨性融合”的个案,并回顾相关的文献,探讨其对临床的指导意义。方法记录该患者临床诊疗的经过,回顾相关文献,分析内在关联性。结果胫腓骨下端骨折术后下胫腓联合骨性融合与术前分型、手术方式选择相关,缺乏恰当的治疗方式将导致后续踝关节功能障碍,增加患者治疗周期及费用。结论涉及胫腓骨下端骨折,应视为踝关节骨折,并按踝关节骨折正确的术前分型个性化地选择手术方案及固定方式。

Objective To report a case of"lower tibiofibular syndesmosis with osseous fusion after lower tibiofibular fracture operation",and review the relevant literature in order to explore its clinical guidance significance.Methods Recorded the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of the patient,reviewed the relevant literature,and analyzed the internal correlation.Results The lower tibiofibular syndesmosis with osseous fusion after lower tibiofibular fracture operation was related to the preoperative classification and the choice of surgical methods.The lack of appropriate treatment would lead to subsequent ankle joint dysfunction and increased the treatment cycle and cost of patients.Conclusion A case involving the lower tibiofibular fracture should be considered as ankle joint fractures.According to the correct preoperative classification of ankle joint fractures,the surgical scheme and fixation method should be selected individually.
