早期心脏康复训练对急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗效果的影响

Influence of early cardiac rehabilitation training on the therapeutic effect of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的研究早期心脏康复训练对急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗效果的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年11月收治的78例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(39例)及对照组(39例)。观察组应用早期心脏康复训练,对照组应用常规康复训练。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的BNP水平低于对照组,6MWT长于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的体力状况、病情、医疗状况、一般生活、社会心理状况、工作状况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的LVEF高于对照组,LVESV、LVEDV及WMSI低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心脏康复干预期间终点事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期心脏康复训练能提高急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入的治疗效果,显著改善患者心功能、运动耐量及生活质量,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the influence of early cardiac rehabilitation training on the therapeutic effect of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted from January 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group(39 cases)and control group(39 cases).The observation group was applied early cardiac rehabilitation training,and the control group was applied routine rehabilitation training.The intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the BNP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the 6MWT of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical condition,medical condition,medical condition,general life,social psychological status and work status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and LVESV,LVEDV and WMSI were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of end-point events during the cardiac rehabilitation intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early cardiac rehabilitation training can improve the therapeutic effect of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction,significantly ameliorate patients'cardiac function,exercise tolerance and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
