氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合百合舒心汤治疗冠心病术后伴焦虑抑郁症的临床效果

Clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen combined with Baihe Shuxin decoction on anxiety and depression after coronary heart disease surgery

目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合百合舒心汤治疗冠心病术后伴焦虑抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的66例冠心病术后伴焦虑抑郁症患者,随机将其分为对照组(33例,氟哌噻吨美利曲辛)和观察组(33例,氟哌噻吨美利曲辛+百合舒心汤)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平及HAMA、HAMD、Morisky评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合百合舒心汤治疗冠心病术后伴焦虑抑郁症的临床效果显著,能提高患者的治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen combined with Baihe Shuxin decoction on anxiety and depression after coronary heart disease surgery.Methods A total of 66 patients with anxiety and depression after coronary heart disease surgery admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(33 cases,flupentixol and melitracen)and observation group(33 cases,flupentixol and melitracen+Baihe Shuxin decoction).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP,HAMA,HAMD and Morisky scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen combined with Baihe Shuxin decoction on anxiety and depression after coronary heart disease surgery has a significant clinical effect,which can improve treatment compliance of patients.
