中医调养和加强自我健康管理对肠易激综合征患者的护理与康复效果

Nursing and rehabilitation effects of TCM recuperation and self-health management in patients with irritable bowel syndrome

目的探究中医调养和加强自我健康管理对肠易激综合征患者的护理与康复效果。方法于2018年6至2019年6月选取我院收治的80例肠易激综合征患者,采取随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者实施常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医调养联合自我健康管理。比较两组患者调养前、后的自我健康管理能力、生活质量、心理状况。结果调养后,两组患者的自我健康管理能力评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。调养后,观察组患者的生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。调养后,两组患者的HAD-A、HAD-D评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肠易激综合征患者采取中医调养和加强自我健康管理能提升患者的自我健康管理能力、生活质量,对患者心理状况也有很好的调节作用,值得推广。

Objective To explore the nursing and rehabilitation effects of TCM recuperation and self-health management in patients with irritable bowel syndrome.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with irritable bowel syndrome admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention,and patients in the observation group received TCM recuperation combined with self-health management on the basis of the control group.The self-health management ability,quality of life,psychological status before and after recuperation of the two groups were compared.Results After recuperation,the score of self-health management ability in both groups increased,and that in observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After recuperation,the quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After recuperation,the HAD-A,HAD-D scores in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM recuperation and self-health management can improve self-health management ability and quality of life of patients with irritable bowel syndrome,and it also has a good regulating effect on patients'psychological status,which is worthy of promotion.
