基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理在股骨颈骨折中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs on femoral neck fracture

目的分析基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理在股骨颈骨折中的应用效果。方法将80例老年股骨颈骨折患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理干预。比较两组的应用效果。结果干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后VAS评分低于对照组;干预后1、3、6个月,观察组的Harris评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者,可有效消除患者负性情绪,提高康复效果,提升护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs on femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention;at 1,3 and 6 months after intervention,the Harris scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs applied to elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can effectively eliminate the negative emotions,and improve the effect of rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction.
