摘要
目的探讨基于量化评估策略的早期康复训练对重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者康复情况及神经功能的影响。方法选取50例ICU机械通气患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组采用常规康复护理干预,观察组采用基于量化评估策略的早期康复训练干预,比较两组的康复效果。结果干预后,观察组肌肉总量、骨骼肌质量、潮气量大于对照组,体脂肪、呼吸频率、二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组上肢、下肢MRC评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于量化评估策略的早期康复训练有助于提高ICU机械通气患者的康复效果,促进营养成分指标、心肺功能及肌肉神经功能改善,提高患者生活自理能力,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of early rehabilitation training based on quantitative evaluation strategy on rehabilitation and neurological function of patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 50 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group used conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group used early rehabilitation training intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the total muscle mass,skeletal muscle mass and tidal volume of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,and the body fat,respiratory rate and partial pressure of carbon dioxide were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MRC scores of upper limbs and lower limbs in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training based on quantitative evaluation strategy can enhance the rehabilitation effect of patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU,promote the improvement of nutritional index,cardiopulmonary function,muscle and nerve function,and improve the self-care ability,which is worthy of promotion.
