癌症患者主要照顾者照顾负担的影响因素研究

Research of the factors affecting the care burden of main caregivers of cancer patients

本文针对癌症患者这一特定群体,对其主要照顾者照顾负担的概念和特征进行梳理和归纳,结合患者因素和照顾者因素两个层面,提炼出疾病状况、知情程度、患者年龄、照顾者身体情况、照顾时间、与患者关系、经济因素、社会支持8个具体影响因素,并进一步提出减轻癌症患者主要照顾者照顾负担的干预措施。

Aiming at cancer patients as a specific group,this paper combs and summarizes the concept and characteristics of care burden of the main caregiver,and combines the patient factors and caregiver factors to extract eight specific influencing factors:disease status,informed degree,patient age,caregiver's physical condition,care time,relationship with patients,economic factors and social support,to further put forward the intervention measures to reduce the care burden of the main caregivers of cancer patients.
