摘要
运用分段节流型面的设计方法,实现了核级主给水控制阀高可调比的"等百分比-线性"流量特性。建立并证明了高阀阻比系数S值可以增强流通能力,改善流量特性和提高可调比等调节性能。基于数值模拟计算方法,分析并优化了核级主给水控制阀流道结构。通过开展样机试制和流量试验,验证了流道设计方法和优化方案的正确性。该研究成果具有其普适性,可为其他控制阀的应用起到指导作用。
Through the design method of sectional throttle profile,the "equal percentage-linear" flow characteristic for Nuclear Class Main Feed Water Control Valve with high adjustable ratio is achieved in this paper.With establishing the valve resistance ratio coefficient S,the paper discusses and proves that high S value,that is,reducing the flow resistance in the non-throttle section,can enhance the flow capacity,improve the flow characteristics and increase the adjustable ratio.Based on the numerical simulation method,the flow channel structure of main feed water control valve is analyzed and optimized.Finally,the correctness of channel design and optimization method is verified by flow tests conducted on a prototype.The research results in this paper are universal and can guide the application of other control valves.
