摘要
介绍了沸腾床渣油加氢装置阀门处于高温、高压和临氢环境,同时介质中存在坚硬、细小的氧化铝催化剂以及残炭(康氏)或沥青质等不稳定介质等工况特点。结合加氢装置系统工况特点分析了阀门的设计要点、材料的选择及其表面硬化工艺方法。针对沸腾床加氢介质的特性及其温度、压力交变等特点,阐述了防止阀门中介质的凝固和避免阀门承受较大的热冲击及阀门设置冲洗结构和热袖套结构的必要性。
The paper introduces the ebullated-bed residue hydrocracking valves at high temperature’high pressure and hydrogen in the environment,at the same time in the fluid medium existing hard,tiny alumina catalyst and kang-type carbon residue or asphaltene Unstable medium and so on characteristics.In this paper,the key points of valve selection are analyzed according to the characteristics of this working condition,which are discussed from the aspects of material selection,valve structure and surface hardening.According to the characteristics of fluid medium and temperature,ressure & of boiling bed hydrogenation unit,the necessity of setting flushing structure and hot sleeve structure for valve was put forward.According to the characteristics of medium and alternating characteristics of temperature and pressure,the necessity of preventing the solidification of medium and preventing the valve from great thermal shock,the setting flushing structure and hot sleeve structure should be considered.
