基层公务员压力疏导问题研究

How to Relieve the Work Pressure of Grass-Roots Civil Servants

当前,基层公务员肩负工作压力较大。领导干部对于疏导基层公务员的工作压力,起着关键性作用。基于经验取样法的实证研究表明,领导干部的积极情绪、人际公正能有效激发基层公务员的积极情绪,从而疏导基层公务员的工作压力。应通过提升领导干部情绪智力、建立公平公正的工作关系、促进基层公务员心理健康、消除基层公务员不合理"压力源"等对策,疏导基层公务员的工作压力,激励基层公务员担当作为。

Grass-roots civil servants are shouldering heavy work pressure.Leading cadres play a key role in relieving civil servants’work stress.Based on empirical sampling methods,this study found that leading cadres’positive emotions and interpersonal justice could effectively stimulate civil servants’positive emotions,and then relieve their work stress.According to the current result,this study put forward some management implications,such as improving leading cadres’emotional intelligence,establishing a fair and just working relationship,enhancing civil servants’mental health,and eliminating the unreasonable‘work stressors’.
