摘要
风功率曲线是风电机组的重要性能指标,准确高效地建立风功率曲线模型对风电场的运行管理具有重要意义。为此,在分析风功率曲线模型工程应用典型需求的基础上,提出了一种基于改进光滑样条的风功率曲线建模方法,并开展了案例验证。所提方法采用三次样条对风速-功率数据进行拟合,利用粗糙度惩罚对拟合函数的系数进行正则化,并通过交叉验证求取最优光滑参数,以实现风功率曲线平滑、高精度的建模。案例分析结果表明:提出的基于改进光滑样条的风功率曲线建模方法可以有效对风功率曲线进行拟合,具有准确度高、平滑度和普适性好的特点。研究成果可为风电机组风功率曲线建模提供参考。
Wind power curve is an important performance index of wind turbines.Accurate and efficient modeling of a wind power curve is of great significance to the operation and management of wind farms.Based on the analysis of typical requirements of power curve models,a modeling method for the wind power curve based on smoothing spline is proposed in this paper,and the cases validation is carried out.In the proposed method,cubic splines are adopted to fit the wind speed-power data,and the coefficients of the fitting function are regularized by roughness penalty.The optimal smoothing parameters are derived through cross validation to realize precise modeling of the wind power curve.The case study results show that the proposed modeling method for the wind power curve based on smoothing spline is effective with high accuracy,smoothness,and good universality.The research results can provide references for modeling of the wind power curve of wind turbines.
