Monitor and Alarm Technology of Wildfire Occurrences in Transmission Lines Corridors Based on Himawari-8 Geostationary Meteorological Satellite

摘要 传统基于极轨卫星的输电线路山火监测技术受卫星过境时间的限制,无法实现对广域输电线路走廊进行24h不间断山火监测。为此,基于Himawari-8静止气象卫星提出了一种24h不间断输电线路山火监测与告警技术。为保证火点判识算法具有较高的准确率和良好的普适性,综合考虑太阳高度角、非植被像元和云像元对火点判识的影响,提出了一种基于自适应动态阈值的火点判识算法。另一方面,预先将输电线路杆塔信息和告警等级以网格形式进行储存以提高告警效率。一旦在网格内监测到火点,则自动向输电运维人员推送受影响的线路杆塔信息和告警等级。所提技术已应用于南方某省级电网输电线路山火监测系统,实现了全天时输电线路山火监测以及快速准确地发布告警信息,使得该电网连续3年(2017—2019)在用火高发的清明节期间未发生输电线路山火跳闸事故。 Limited by the time intervals of passing territory of polar orbit satellites,it is impossible to monitor wildfire occurrences in power transmission line corridors uninterruptedly by using polar orbit satellites.In this paper,an alarming technique based on Himawari-8 geostationary meteorological satellite is proposed to monitor wildfire occurrences in power transmission lines corridors.In order to ensure the accuracy and universality of the recognition algorithm,an adaptive dynamic method,which considers the influences of the solar elevation angle,the non-vegetation pixel,and the cloud pixel,is proposed to determine the bright temperature thresholds of different regions.In addition,the information of power transmission lines as well as their fire-risk levels are pre-stored in grids to improve the efficiency of fire-point alarming system.Once a monitored wildfire locates in these girds,the information of the power tower and its fire-risk level are then output to the local maintenance staffs.This wildfire alarming technique has been applied in a provincial power grid in the southern of China.It realizes 24 h uninterrupted monitoring and alarm of wildfire occurrences in power transmission line corridors.And all the wildfires occurrences have been disposed to avoid wildfire induced transmission-line trip failures during the Tomb-Sweeping Days in 2017—2019.
