摘要 以机器人上下料为研究对象,利用RobotStudio和SolidWorks搭建了机器人上下料智能工作站,规划了工作站的空间布局,为机器人设计了末端夹具。根据工作站的运行模式创建了仿真运行的I/O信号与逻辑,分析了机器人程序,同时动态监测设备间的碰撞情况,分析优化了机器人的作业性能,实现了机器人为4台数控机床自动上下料的仿真与优化。仿真结果表明:碰撞监测功能可动态观察机器人作业过程中的碰撞情况,实时改变系统参数可将机器人的作业性能数据化,直观的分析和优化机器人的速度、作业能耗与电机功率,指导现场生产。 Taking robot loading and unloading as the research object,RobotStudio and SolidWorks were used to build a robotic loading and unloading intelligent workstation,and the space layout of the workstation was planned,and the end fixture was designed for the robot.According to the operation mode of the workstation,the I/O signals and logic of the simulation run are created,the program of the robot is analyzed,and the collision between the devices is dynamically monitored.The performance of the robot is analyzed and optimized,and the robot is realized as four CNCs.Simulation and optimization of automatic loading and unloading of machine tools.The simulation results show that the collision monitoring function can dynamically observe the collision situation during the robot operation.The real-time change of the system parameters can visualize the robot's performance data,intuitively analyze and optimize the robot's speed,operation energy and motor power,and guide the on-site production.
