摘要 2018年6月,新加坡通信与信息部发布了《数字化就绪蓝图》,为提升国民数字素养提出了一些举措,如增强数字访问的包容性,为人们的数字获得与数字参与提供便利;明确基本数字技能框架,开设数字技能课程;提升公民信息和媒体素养以辨别网络虚假信息;关注儿童与青年网络健康教育,培养良好的态度与价值观;促进企业与社区共同为提升公民数字素养做出努力。文章对《数字化就绪蓝图》中与教育相关的举措进行梳理与分析,以期为中国制定培养数字素养的举措提供借鉴。
