推进县级媒体的转型升级,是我国媒介融合进程中的关键一环。县级融媒体中心的建设不只是一种新闻表达方式的变化和技术融合过程,更是一种复杂、多元的传播环境建构,它为社会资本的积累提供了对话和协商的技术网络与社会网络前提,因此,在具备传统媒介功能的同时,县级融媒体中心还可能成为社会网络治理的补充性实现路径。在对县级融媒体中心的管理过程中,管理者应在坚持正确导向的基础上,搭建多中心公共池,秉持协同性管理理念,重视各行动主体间的相互依存关系,建设具有县域特色的新型融合性主流媒体。

The transformation and upgrading of county-level media is a key step in the process of media convergence in China.The construction of County-level Converged Media Center is not only the change of news expression mode and the process of technology integration,but also the presentation of complex and diversified communication environment.It provides a conversational and consultative technical network and social network for the accumulation of social capital.Therefore,while giving full play to the traditional media functions,the County-level Converged Media Center may also become a supplementary approach to social network governance.The center managers should build multi-center public pools on the basis of adhering to the correct orientation.In addition,they should also uphold the concept of collaborative management,pay attention to the interdependence among the action subjects,and try to construct a new integrated mainstream media with regional characteristics.
