五四新文化运动时期,先进知识分子秉持着进化论和人性论思想,批判封建伦理道德,鼓吹人性解放。与此同时,儿童跃入先进知识分子的视野,获得了理解和尊重。在理论界、教育界,以及文艺界,涌动着关注儿童价值,认可儿童世界的热潮,即“儿童热”。它是两股力量共同推动的结果,既是新文化运动的有机组成部分,也具备深刻的文化内涵。

During the May 4th new culture movement,the advanced intellectuals upheld the theory of evolution and human nature,criticized feudal ethics,and advocated the liberation of human nature.At the same time,children leaped into the vision of advanced intellectuals and gained understanding and respect.In the circle of theory,education,and literature and art,there is a surge of attention to children s value and recognition of children s world,that is,“Children Hot”.It is the result of the joint promotion of the two forces,which is an organic part of the new cultural movement and also has profound cultural connotation.
