摘要
为研究裙板锁在运行过程中发生松动的原因,对裙板锁进行了横向振动试验,研究初始预紧力、横向激励振幅大小、拆卸次数及不同螺纹类型对裙板锁发生松动的影响,并进行了有限元仿真分析,验证了结果的有效性。试验结果表明,初始预紧力越大,空载振幅越小,裙板锁越不容易发生松动;拆卸次数对裙板锁是否发生松动基本无影响;同等条件下,普通螺纹较梯形螺纹更不易松动,但由于裙板锁的工作性质要求其具有一定的传动性,因此选用具有一定传动性的梯形螺纹。研究结果对工程中分析裙板锁发生松动的原因、指导防松设计具有一定的意义。
Aiming at analyzing the looseness of skirt lock during operation,lateral vibration test was carried out.The effects of initial preload,transverse cyclic excitation’s amplitude,removal times and thread type were investigated.The finite element simulation analysis was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the results.The test results show that the larger the initial preload and the smaller the amplitude,the less the skirt lock loosens.The removal times have no effect on the skirt lock loosens.Under the same conditions,the ordinary thread is more difficult to loosen than the trapezoidal thread.But because of the working nature of the skirt lock,the trapezoidal thread is selected.The research results are significance to the analysis of the causes of the looseness of the skirt lock and the design of anti loosing.
