摘要 一、正念训练的源起及主要内容(一)正念训练的概念及源起正念训练(Mindfulness Training,MT)是一种基于正念技术、借助冥想的心理训练方法,帮助对人的意识和注意能力进行集中。其目的在于对当下情景的集中和对外界的接纳,对情绪调试、记忆功能、执行功能等有提高作用。
