500 m水深水下采油树安装方法对比分析 被引量:4

摘要 国内水下采油树常用的下放安装方法为钻杆安装法和钢丝绳安装法。针对水深500 m、质量70 t的水下采油树,利用海洋工程软件OrcaFlex分别建立了水下采油树钻杆下放和钢丝绳下放系统仿真模型,研究了水下采油树在下放安装过程中钻杆和钢丝绳的受力情况以及两种不同下放安装方法的水下采油树运动响应情况。研究结果表明:在受力方面,钻杆受到的Von Mises应力和弯矩都集中在钻杆上部靠近钻杆顶端处,而钢丝绳两端受力比较均匀;在运动响应方面,钻杆下放水下采油树的最大偏移量和最大倾斜角度都比钢丝绳大,并且波浪高度因素对钻杆下放安装法更为敏感。综合考虑经济性、安全性和可操作性等,对水深500 m、质量70 t的水下采油树采用钢丝绳下放安装法较为合理。研究结果对我国水下采油树的下放安装具有一定的参考价值。 At present,the common installation methods for subsea Christmas tree in China are drill pipe installation method and wire rope installation method.For the subsea Christmas tree with a water depth of 500 m and a weight of 70 t,the marine engineering software OrcaFlex was used to establish the simulation models of the subsea Christmas tree running system by drill pipe and wire rope respectively.The stress situation of the drill pipe and wire rope and the response of the subsea Christmas tree during subsea Christmas tree running were studied.The study results show that,the Von Mises stress and bending moment of the drill pipe are concentrated near the top of the drill pipe.The stress on both ends of the wire rope is relatively uniform.In terms of motion response,the maximum offset and the maximum inclination angle of the Christmas tree run by the drill pipe are larger than those of the steel wire rope.The wave height has more influences on the drill pipe installation operation.In consideration of economy,safety and operability,the wire rope is preferable for the 70 t subsea Christmas tree running under the water depth of 500 m.The study results have certain reference value for the installation of subsea Christmas trees.
