摘要 针对全野外人工1∶500地形图测绘费时费力等问题,依据甘肃省地形图测绘相关规定并结合兰州新区1∶500地形图测绘项目要求,提出一种利用车载式三维激光扫描+修补测方法完成地形图测绘工作模式。首先,对现场进行踏勘,编写技术设计书;其次,运用车载LiDAR实地测量并进行点云数据处理及坐标转换;再次,利用得到的合格数据进行点云测区及采集精度检测;最后,进行外业修补测,得到成果数据。经验证,该方法获取数据快、穿透能力强、精度高,既满足最终成图相应规范、项目要求,也满足系统分析和入库等要求。 In view of the time-consuming and laborious task of mapping 1∶500 topographic maps in the whole field,based on the requirements of topographic map mapping in Gansu Province and the requirements of the 1∶500 topographic mapping project in Lanzhou New Area,a vehicle-mounted 3D laser scanning+repairing method was proposed.The method completes the topographic map mapping work mode.Firstly,the site is surveyed and the technical design book is written.Secondly,the on-board LiDAR is used for field measurement and point cloud data processing and coordinate conversion.Secondly,the qualified data obtained in the previous step is used to perform the point cloud measurement area and the acquisition accuracy detection.Finally,carry out field repair testing,and get results data.It has been verified that the method has the advantages of fast data acquisition,strong penetrating ability and high precision,which not only meets the corresponding specifications of the final mapping,project requirements,but also meets the requirements of system analysis and storage.
