摘要
建设矿山逃生监管平台是为矿山安全生产提供保障服务,确保人员在开采过程中的安全及遇到危险情况可以快速逃生。本文通过分析我国矿山严峻的生产安全形势,设计了矿山突发事件逃生响应流程,借助GIS技术和物联网技术,提出了矿山逃生监管平台,实现了人员的安全管理、矿山工作环境监测、逃生应急方案查询、逃生最短路线规划等功能,可最大限度地和减少矿山突发事件及其造成的损害。
The mine escape supervision platform provides guarantee service for the safe production of the mine,ensures the safety of the personnel in the mining process and the rapid escape in dangerous situations.Based on the analysis of the situation of mine production in our country,this paper designed the mine emergency escape response process,employed the GIS technology and internet technology to propose the mine escape supervision platform,and realized the safety management of personnel,the mine working environment monitoring,the emergency escape plan querying,the shortest escape route planning,and other functions.It prevents and reduces the mine emergency and its damage to the greatest degree.
