民办高职院校“三全育人”工作典型案例研究——以上海济光职业技术学院为例

Typical Case Study of the"Three-pronged Education"in Private Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Shanghai Jiguang Polytechnic College as an Example

民办院校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,与公办院校一样肩负着培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的光荣使命。目前,民办院校思想政治工作,经过校党组织的积极推进,已取得不少成绩和实效。对标党中央的部署要求,提升"三全育人"工作的有效性,增强实效性,无疑是当前民办高职院校"三全育人"工作的重点。因此,探索民办高职院校"三全育人"工作的建立机制和实现路径具有非常重要的实践意义。

As an important part of China’s higher education,private colleges bear the glorious mission of cultivating builders and successors of socialist undertakings.Viewing from the current status of ideological and political work in private colleges,through the active efforts made by the Party organization of our college,many achievements and much effectiveness have been achieved.To meet the requirements of the deployment of the Party Central Committee,it is undoubtedly the focus of the current"three-pronged education"in private higher vocational colleges to enhance the timeliness and effectiveness of the"three-pronged education".Therefore,through in-depth research,it is of great practical significance to explore the establishment of a mechanism and implementation path for enhancing the work of"three-pronged education"in private higher vocational colleges.
