摘要
规则衍生是人类文明的进步,管理学是研究解读规则的学科,被运用在组织管理和发展中,维护社会的平稳运行。从管理学视角研究学生干部的官僚化倾向问题和纠偏机制,在组织运行的基础上加强对成员的约束和管理,运用管理学和谐定理、权力积聚定理和成事定理等推导如何杜绝高校学生干部群体中滋生的官本位思想和享乐主义,在纠偏机制上探索理论学习、思想教育、实践锻炼和考评机制,增强对新时代大学生骨干力量的教育管理,有利于高校人才培养的健康发展。
Rule derivation is the progress of human civilization.Management,as a discipline that studies and interprets rules,is used in organization management and development to maintain the stable operation of society.From the perspective of management,this paper studies the bureaucratic tendency of college student cadres and the mechanism for its correction from the management,strengthens the restraint and management of members on the basis of organization operation,and uses the harmony theorem,the power accumulation theorem and the completion theorem to deduce how to eliminate bureaucracy and hedonism among college student cadres.In terms of the mechanism for the correction of the bureaucratic tendency,it explores its theoretical learning,ideological education,practical exercise and evaluation mechanism,in order to enhance the education and management of the backbone of college students in the new era,and promote the healthy development of talent training in colleges and universities.
