摘要
全球进入信息化时代的今天,以电脑、PC端黑板等信息技术为主的多媒体教学深入课堂,将此类信息技术从城市普及到农村,使教学硬件基础较差的乡村有了更好的学习设备,为乡村教师教学创新与专业发展提供了更好的支持。同时,乡村教师也将迎接更高的挑战。运用信息技术教学,乡村教师可以从逻辑意识、知识来源、人机交互、学科交叉等方面提高教学创新综合能力,并通过以学校和教师为单位建立网络链接,建立专业知识、创新学科、综合能力等多方面相互交叉的教学共同体。使用合理的测评奖励机制,并支持乡村教师使用信息技术,鼓励乡村教师将信息技术运用到日常教学中,实现教育的可持续发展。
Today,in the global information age,multimedia-based teaching,including computer and PC-based blackboards,is in-depth in the classroom.Information technology is popularized from urban to rural areas,so that rural areas with poor teaching hardware have better learning equipment,whichprovides better support for rural teachers’teaching innovation and professional development.At the same time,rural teachers will meet higher challenges.Using information technology in teaching,rural teachers can improve their comprehensive teaching innovation capabilities from logical consciousness,knowledge sources,human-computer interaction,and interdisciplinarity,and establish network links through schools and teachers,so as to achieve a multi-faceted,intersecting teaching community with such aspects as professional knowledge,innovative disciplines and comprehensive abilities.In addition,it is necessary to use a reasonable evaluation and reward mechanism,and support and encourage rural teachers to apply information technologyto daily teaching,in order to realize the sustainable development of education.
