以色列对华的专利布局分析

Analysis of Israel's Patent Distribution to China

本文运用专利分析方法,研究了近20年以色列对华专利部署的整体态势、时间发展趋势、专利类型、专利法律态势、技术构成与技术布局、主要专利申请人六个方面的情况。结果表明,中国是以色列在全球进行专利布局的重要目标,其在华的专利申请数量在2009—2013年增长最快,以申请发明专利为主。以色列对华的专利布局重点在医疗器械领域,以色列企业申请的专利集中在生物技术、医药等领域,技术转移公司申请的专利集中在医疗器械、半导体等领域。近10年,韦伯斯特生物官能(以色列)有限公司在我国的专利申请比较活跃。本文的研究有助于把握以色列对华的技术输出和战略布局重点,为我国知识产权政策的制定及相关产业发展提供一定参考。

Using patent analysis methods,this paper studies the overall situation,time development trend,patent type,patent legal situation,technology composition and technology layout and major patent applicants in Israel in the last 20 years.The results show that China is an important target for Israel’s global patent layout,with the number of patent applications in China growing fastest in 2009-2013,mainly in the form of patents for inventions.Israel’s patent layout to China focuses on the field of medical devices;Israeli enterprises apply for patents focused on biotechnology,medicine and other fields;and technology transfer companies apply for patents concentrated in medical devices,semiconductors and other fields.For nearly a decade,Webster Bio-Energy(Israel)Co.,Ltd.has been active in patent applications in China.This research is helpful for grasping the technical output and strategic layout of Israel to China,and provides some reference for the formulation of China’s intellectual property policy and related industry development.
