摘要
针对机电产品主动再制造时机难以确定的问题,基于主动再制造时域分析理论,以发动机关键零件曲轴为研究对象,提出了一种基于在线监测的曲轴主动再制造时机识别方法。以磨损量为曲轴间接性能评价指标,结合发动机加速磨损试验,监测不同曲轴磨损量下的发动机振动信号,并运用希尔伯特-黄变换提取振动信号特征,构建特征与磨损量之间的映射关系,从而实现在役曲轴的主动再制造时机识别。应用结果表明,该方法能够以较高精度监测曲轴磨损量,识别在役曲轴主动再制造时机,有效解决了服役期间由于外部不确定因素而造成的曲轴再制造毛坯质量不确定性问题。
Aiming at the problem that the timing of predecisional remanufacturing of mechanical and electrical products is difficult to determine,based on the time domain analysis theory of predecisional remanufacturing,a method of identifying the timing of predecisional remanufacturing of crankshaft based on online monitoring was proposed,taking the crankshaft as the research object.The wear was used as indirect performance evaluation index of crankshaft.Combined with accelerated wear test of engine,the vibration signals of engine under different wear of crankshaft were monitored.The characteristics of the vibration signals were extracted by Hilbert-Huang transform,and the mapping relationship between the characteristics and wear was constructed,so as to realize predecisional remanufacturing timing recognition of crankshaft in service.The application results show that the method can monitor the wear of crankshaft with high accuracy,identify the predecisional remanufacturing timing of crankshaft in service,and effectively reduce the uncertainty of remanufactured blank quality caused by the uncertainty of external factors during service.
