芳香疗法作为一种安全、方便、有效的治疗方法,是当前疼痛管理的重要补充,在国外被广泛纳入临床应用实践。本文综述了芳香疗法的概念、作用机制及其在临床中缓解各型疼痛的研究进展,全面呈现芳香疗法作为临床缓解疼痛重要补充替代疗法的应用现状,旨在为临床医护的工作拓宽思路。

Aromatherapy,as a safe,convenient and effective treatment,is an important supplement to current pain management,and is widely used in clinical practice abroad.This article reviews the concept,mechanism of action of aromatherapy and the research progress in clinical relief of various types of pain,and comprehensively presents the application status of aromatherapy as an important complementary and alternative therapy for relieving pain in clinical practice in order to broaden the ideas of clinical medical treatment.
