基于响应曲面的悬臂支架设计优化 被引量:2

摘要 悬臂支架是露天试车台的重要组成部分,在发动机推力、自身重力、测量台架和发动机重力的作用下,为了保证发动机试验过程中参数测量的准确性,需对悬臂支架的变形量进行控制,消除悬臂支架变形量对参数测量的影响。在悬臂支架的方案设计中,利用仿真计算,结合实验设计方法对影响悬臂支架变形量的影响因子进行统计分析,确定悬臂支架的优化设计方案及悬臂支架变形量的传递函数,并对优化方案进行设计验证,保证方案设计的可靠性和合理性。 The outrigger is an important part of the outdoor test bed.The deformation of the outrigger needs to be controlled in order to eliminate its influence on parameter measurement and ensure the accuracy of the parameter measurement during the engine test under the effect of engine thrust and gravity of engine,measurement table and outrigger.In the schematic design of the outrigger,the simulation analysis and experimental design method are used to statistically analyze the influencing factors affecting the deformation of the outrigger.The optimal design of the outrigger and the transfer function of the deformation of the outrigger are determined.The design verification of the optimized scheme is carried out to ensure the reliability and appropriateness of the scheme design.
