摘要
分析了交叉滚柱式回转支承主、副滚道滚动体在载荷作用下的最大正压力及间隙对承载能力的影响。给出检修方案,对主、副滚道滚柱互换并作间隙调整,从而恢复了回转支承的承载能力。
This paper analyzes the effect of the max normal force and clearance on the supporting capacity of main roller and retaining rollers in single-row cross-roller bearing.Maintenance schedule is proposed,the loading capacity of the slewing bearing is recovered by exchanging between main rollers and retaining rollers,as well as adjusting clearance of slewing bearing.
