摘要
将液压支架立柱导向环配合间隙引入导向环设计计算,推导出一种导向环设计计算方法,可求解出不同配合间隙情况下导向环宽度方向任一截面上的应力。通过计算和分析,对导向环配合间隙、导向环宽度、导向环间距等对导向环应力的影响进行了讨论。
This paper considers the tolerance clearance between the guide ring and its mating surface in Hydraulic Support Column(HSC),and the method of calculating guide ring’s stress is deduced.By using the new method,the stress in any cross section of guide ring under different tolerance clearance can be calculated.The influence of several factors to guide ring’s stress,such as tolerance clearance,guide ring’s width,guide ring’s spacing,is discussed.
