粮食烘干节能环保煤粉热风炉设计与燃烧分析

摘要 提出了一种粮食烘干用节能环保煤粉热风炉及其相关技术,以解决现有粮食烘干过程中煤粉炉无环保设备,使煤粉完全充分燃烧,从而获得最大的能量利用效率,减少烟气、灰粉能及高温燃烧过程中产生的粉尘排放,降低对大气环境造成的污染,以达到节能环保的效果。 This paper proposes an energy-saving and environmental friendly pulverized coal hot blast furnace for grain drying and its related technologies to solve the problem that there is no environmental protection equipment for the coal-fired boiler which can make the coal powder can be fully burned in the grain drying process.When the coal powder is fully burned,the maximum energy utilization efficiency can be obtained,then reducing the emission of flue gas,ash powder energy and dust generated in the high-temperature combustion process.The pollution to the atmospheric environment can be reduced,and then energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
