一种空调压缩机曲轴全自动去毛刺、浸油装置的设计

摘要 设计一种用于加工空调压缩机曲轴的全自动去毛刺、浸油装置,以消除目前由人工方法去除毛刺存在的劳动强度大、工作效率低、毛刺去除不彻底、曲轴各部位残留铁屑,严重影响压缩机的性能等问题。整套装置由上料流水线、设备电柜、设备主体、人机界面、换线移载机械手、出料流水线和取料流水线几个部分组成,全自动实现连接上道工序(曲轴打通流孔)、去曲轴毛刺、浸油和连接后道工序人工装箱。该去毛刺、浸油装置用于空调压缩机曲轴生产线,可大大降低工人的劳动强度,提高空调压缩机曲轴的加工质量,提高劳动生产率及自动化程度。 This paper designs an automatic deburring and oil soaking device for the crankshaft of air conditioning compressor,so as to improve the current manual deburring,which has the disadvantages of high labor intensity and low work efficiency,the burr removal is not complete,which leads to residual iron chips in various parts of the crankshaft,seriously affecting the performance of the compressor.The whole set of equipment is composed of loading line,electric cabinet,main body of equipment,human-machine interface,transfer manipulator,discharging line and taking line.It can automatically connect the previous process(through-flow hole of crankshaft),deburr the crankshaft,soak oil and manually pack the next process.The deburring and oiling device can be used in the crankshaft production line of air-conditioning compressor,which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the processing quality of the crankshaft of air-conditioning compressor,improve the labor productivity and the degree of automation.
