摘要
在考虑试验台设计成本与测量参数精度等综合因素的前提下,将驱动部分、支撑部分、连接部分、精密检测部分组装为试验检测装置,通过结合被测减速器相关测试标准,搭建了可以在不同的工作状态下运行的高精度RV减速器综合性能检测试验平台。该平台能够对被测减速器进行传动比、传动效率、传动误差、传动精度、扭转刚度等指标的测量与计算,为RV减速器的研究和发展提供了一定的试验基础。
Considering the comprehensive factors such as the design cost of the test-bed and the accuracy of the measurement parameters,the driving part,the supporting part,the connecting part and the precision detection part are assembled into the test and detection device.By combining with the relevant test standards of the tested reducer,this paper builds a high-precision RV reducer comprehensive performance detection and test platform which can run under different working conditions.The platform can measure and calculate the transmission ratio,transmission efficiency,transmission error,transmission accuracy,torsional stiffness and other indicators of the tested reducer,which provides a certain experimental basis for the research and development of RV reducer.
