摘要
介绍了一种CC-Link,主站采用三菱FX5U系列的PLC,从站采用装载有CC-Link通信模块板卡的FUNAC系统的加工设备和支持CC-Link通信的FUNAC机器人。基于CC-Link总线的信号传输代替了原有I/O方式,缩短了接线及调试时间,通信协议性能稳定,自动线运行可靠。
This paper introduces a CC-Link. The main station uses PLC of Mitsubishi FX5U series. The slave station adopts FUNAC system processing equipment loaded with CC-Link communication module board and FUNAC robot supporting CC-Link communication. The signal transmission based on the CC-Link bus replaces the original I/O method, shortens the wiring and debugging time, the performance of the communication protocol is stable, and the automatic line runs reliably.
