摘要
为改善焊接作业环境差、人工焊接劳动强度大、生产效率低、生产质量不稳定等问题,针对焊接机器人作业进行研究。以温室桁架为研究对象,对焊接机器人的焊接方法与效率进行分析,设计一套以机器人搭载焊接系统为中心、多设备协同工作的温室桁架自动焊接系统。通过应用研究表明,该自动焊接系统能够改善生产环境,降低劳动强度,提高温室桁架焊接质量,比人工焊接工作效率提高60%。
The welding operation environment is poor,the manual welding has high labor intensity,low production efficiency,and the production quality is not stable.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the welding robot operation,takes the greenhouse truss as the research object,analyzes the welding method and efficiency of the welding robot,and designs and studies a set of automatic welding system for the greenhouse truss with the robot carrying the welding system as the center and the multi-equipment working together.The application research showed that the automatic welding system improved the production environment,reduced the labor intensity,improved the welding quality of greenhouse truss,and increased the working efficiency by 60%compared with manual welding.
