燕窝功效考

A Study on efficacy of bird's nest in traditional Chinese medicine

燕窝已传入中国千年余,人们对其认识逐渐从一种食物成为一种药食同源的珍品。燕窝的药用认识在元朝已形成雏形,明朝燕窝的功效被逐步发现。在清朝,燕窝被广泛运用于疾病的治疗。然而,中医对于燕窝的药用价值尚未形成统一的认识,限制了其在治病防病方面的运用。本文通过整理、归纳有关燕窝的古籍与近现代文献,针对燕窝的性、味、归经、功效与主治进行探讨,并提出个人的见解,认为:燕窝性平,味甘、淡、咸,归肺、脾、胃、肾经,主要功效为益气化痰,滋肾养肺,补脾和胃以及调补虚劳,主要运用于病机为肺气虚兼痰湿,或肾阴虚为本,肺阴虚为标,或脾气虚,胃气不和,或体虚年老者未病先防、既病防变等相关疾病的治疗。

Bird's nest has been introduced into China for more than one thousand years.People gradually understand it from a kind of food to a kind of treasure of the same origin of medicine and food.The medicinal understanding of bird's nest had formed an embryonic form in the Yuan dynasty.In the Ming dynasty,the effect of bird's nest was gradually discovered.In the Qing dynasty,bird's nest was widely used in the treatment of diseases.However,traditional Chinese medicine has not yet formed a unified understanding of the medicinal value of bird's nest,limiting its application in the treatment and prevention of diseases.Through sorting out and summarizing the ancient books and modern literature about bird's nest,this paper discusses the sex,taste,meridian tropism,efficacy and main treatment of bird's nest,and puts forward personal opinions.It is believed that bird's nest is characterized by flat nature,sweet,light and salty taste,lung tropism,spleen,stomach and kidney meridians.Its main efficacy is to benefit Qi and phlegm,nourish kidney and lung,nourish spleen and stomach,and regulate deficiency and labor.It is mainly used in pathogenesis of lung Qi deficiency and phlegm wet,or kidney Yin deficiency,lung Yin deficiency as the standard,or spleen Qi deficiency,disharmony of stomach,or body deficiency in the elderly without disease,disease prevention and transformation prevention and other related diseases.
