微小RNA在骨关节炎中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA,miR)是小的非编码RNA,具有转录后控制蛋白表达的能力。目前已有许多研究证实,特定的miRNA与骨关节炎(OA)的发生发展存在密切关系。本文就目前针对miRNA与OA相关研究中常用的3种研究方法进行了概括和总结,即:(1)表达特征分析;(2)体外功能研究;(3)使用OA动物模型进行体内研究。因此,了解miRNA的最新进展并探讨miRNA与OA的相关性,可能为OA的防治提供开创性的思路。miRNA可用作OA诊断和治疗的生物标记,特别是miRNA的存在以及在体液中相对容易的测量,正在增加其诊断能力以及对疾病进展的监测能力。 MicroRNA(miRNA,miR)is a small non-coding RNA that has the ability to control protein expression after transcription.Many studies have confirmed that specific miRNAs are closely related to the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis(OA).The three research methods commonly used in miRNA and OA related research are summarized,namely:(1)analysis of expression characteristics;(2)in vitro function research;(3)in vivo research using OA animal models.Therefore,understanding the latest progress of miRNA and exploring the correlation between miRNA and OA may provide groundbreaking ideas for the prevention and treatment of OA.MiRNA can be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of OA.In particular,the presence of miRNA and its relatively easy measurement in body fluids are increasing its diagnostic capabilities and its ability to monitor disease progression.
