摘要
就餐方式的演变不单单是人们生活习惯的简单转换,而是与社会发展、文化背景、价值观念的变化有着密不可分的关系。我国现代采用的合餐就餐方式,经历了漫长的演变过程,受到礼制、经济、社会等多种因素的影响。新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,让分餐制在全国各地再次成为热点话题。要在围桌合餐已有上千年历史的中国再实行分餐制,无疑面临着巨大的困难与挑战。
The evolution of diet style is not only the simple transformation of people’s eating habits,but is inextricably linked to social development,cultural background and changes in values.The modern dining style in China has undergone a long process of evolution,which is influenced by a variety of factors such as etiquette,economy and society.The outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)has made individual dining system a hot topic again.It is undoubtedly a great of difficulties and challenges to implement the individual dining system in China,where dining together system has been a history of thousands of years.
