农村食品安全监管与风险认知研究:来自湖南省397份城乡居民的问卷调查

Rural Food Safety Regulatory and Risk Awareness Research:A Survey of 397 Urban and Rural Residents from Hunan Province

在综述现有文献的基础上分析农村食品安全现状背后的市场机制,并对湖南省397份调研问卷数据进行回归分析。研究表明:风险认知中的身体损失对满意度有显著的负影响,身体损失越高,满意度越低;年龄对满意度有显著的正影响,年龄越大,满意度越高;居住地对于满意度来说具有显著影响,且从回归结果来看,其影响系数较高。据此,本文提出政府应加强监管、居民应积极学习并增强防范意识、食品生产企业应优化投入并加强自律等政策建议。

Based on the summary of the existing literature,this paper analyzed the market mechanism behind the current situation of rural food safety and expounded how government supervision and residents’cognition affect the level of food safety through the market mechanism,and then used the research data to establish a regression model to verify the previous theoretical analysis.The results showed that physical loss in risk cognition had significant negative effect on satisfaction,and the higher the physical loss,the lower the satisfaction.Age had significant positive effect on satisfaction,and the older the age,the higher the satisfaction.The residence had significant effect on satisfaction,and the impact coefficient was higher from the regression results.Thus at the same time,the following suggestions were put forward:firstly,the government should strengthen supervision and improve the mode of supervision,secondly,residents should actively study and strengthen prevention,thirdly,food production enterprises should invest optimistically and strengthen self-discipline.
