摘要
以柠条(锦鸡儿)花为原料,采用溶剂回流法提取总生物碱,并对提取的柠条花粗生物碱采用体外实验模型进行抗氧化能力研究,同时与抗坏血酸和苯甲酸作对比。结果表明:柠条花总生物碱提取物具有显著的抗氧化能力,清除能力远大于苯甲酸,略小于抗坏血酸。
The total alkaloids were extracted by solvent reflux method using Caragana korshinskii flowers as raw materials.The in vitro experimental model was used to study the antioxidant capacity of the extracted crude alkaloids of Caragana korshinskii,and compared with ascorbic acid and benzoic acid.The results of antioxidant tests showed that the total alkaloid extract of Caragana korshinskii had the ability to scavenge organic free radicals,hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anions and nitrite ions,and the scavenging ability was much larger than that of benzoic acid,which was slightly less than ascorbic acid.
