孕早期饮食、饮水调查及其与体成分之间的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:调查研究孕妇孕早期饮食、饮水现状,指导孕早期合理饮食。方法:采用24h膳食回顾法和食物频率法,对2018年10月—2019年1月期间在上海市第六人民医院营养门诊就诊的98例名孕妇进行饮食和饮水状况调查,同时进行体成分及营养状况的相关性分析。结果:孕早期孕妇饮食摄入不均衡,能量、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸及钙、铁、镁摄入均不足,应注意补充。孕早期平均饮水量不足1300mL,应引起重视。孕早期不同饮水量的孕妇体成分之间存在差异,主要体现在总水量、细胞内液、体脂含量、去脂体重、肌肉含量。 [Objective]To investigate diet and drinking water during the first trimester of early pregnancy woman.[Method]24 h dietary recall and food frequency questionnaire was used to investigate the diet and drinking water status of 98 pregnant women who came to the nutrition clinic of the Sixth People’s Hospital affiliated Shanghai Jiao Tong University during Oct.2018 and Jan.2019,conducting body composition testing and assessing nutritional status.[Result]The diet of pregnant women was not according to the balanced diet principle during the first trimester,whose energy,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,niacin and calcium,iron and magnesium intake were not sufficient,should be taken more attention.The average drinking water of early pregnancy woman in the first trimester was less than 1300 mL,which should be taken seriously attention.There were differences in the body composition of pregnant women with different drinking water in the first trimester,such as total body water,intracellular water,fat mass,fat-free mass and muscle mass.
