牙槽突扩张术联合GBR植骨术用于牙齿发育异常行种植牙治疗中的效果观察

The effect of alveolar process expansion combined with GBR bone grafting in the treatment of dental implants with dysplasia

目的观察牙槽突扩张术联合GBR植骨术用于牙齿发育异常行种植牙治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月本院接收的牙齿发育异常患者82例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为传统组和观察组,每组41例。传统组采用传统牙槽骨劈开术同期种植牙治疗,观察组采用牙槽突扩张术联合GBR植骨术同期种植牙治疗。观察比较两组平均骨愈合时间,治疗前、治疗1年后种植体周围牙槽骨吸收值,并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组平均骨愈合时间、种植体周围牙槽骨吸收值、并发症发生率均明显低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论牙槽突扩张术联合GBR植骨术用于牙齿发育异常行种植牙治疗中的临床效果显著,并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of alveolar process expansion combined with GBR bone grafting in the treatment of dental implants with dysplasia.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,82 patients with dental dysplasia received in our hospital were divided into traditional group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with alveolar bone splitting and simultaneous implantation,the observation group was treated with alveolar process expansion combined with GBR bone grafting.Implant treatment was performed at the same time.The average bone healing time,alveolar bone resorption around implants and the probability of complications were observed before and 1 year after treatment.Results After treatment,the average bone healing time,alveolar bone resorption around implants and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Alveolar process dilatation combined with GBR bone grafting is effective in the treatment of dental implants with abnormal tooth development,and the incidence of complications is low,it can be widely used in clinic.
