摘要
目的探讨游离端缺失牙修复治疗中应用种植牙技术的可行性及有效性。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院收治的80例游离端缺失牙修复治疗患者,根据随机数表法分为常规组和种植组,每组40例。常规组实施活动义齿修复治疗,种植组采取种植牙技术治疗,比较两组修复效果、咀嚼功能、修复体稳定性、患者满意度状况。结果种植组修复总有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。种植组治疗后6个月咀嚼效率、咬合力、修复体稳定性良好率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,种植组患者修复体美观度及舒适度满意度评分高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论游离端缺失牙修复治疗中应用种植牙技术可达到良好的修复效果,且患者功能恢复良好,可提升患者满意度。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of applying dental implant technology in the repair of free-end missing teeth.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,80 patients with free-end missing tooth restoration treatment in our hospital were divided into conventional group and implant group according to the computer random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented active denture restoration treatment,and the implant group adopts dental implant technology treatment.To compare the restoration effect,chewing function,restoration stability and patient satisfaction status between two groups.Results The total effective rate of restoration in the implant group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The chewing efficiency,bite force,and good restoration stability of the implant group were higher than those of the conventional group at 6 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the patients'satisfaction scores on the beauty and comfort of the restoration were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dental implant technology in the restoration of free-end missing teeth can achieve good restoration effect,and the patient's function recovery is good,which can improve patient satisfaction.
