An Analysis of the Related Disease Names of“死不治(incurable Diseases)”in Huangdi Neijing

《黄帝内经》中的"死"常表示病情恶化或预后不良,其中关于"死不治"的论述颇为丰富。对《黄帝内经》中"死不治"相关病名及其病因病机进行梳理,共得出14个,最终选取6个代表性病名:伏梁、关格、阴阳交、肠澼、风消、息贲,对其病名释意及演变进行浅析,认为结合病因病机及疾病演变过程对病名进行分析探讨,将为现代急危重病的鉴别诊断及预后治疗提供更加广阔的研究思路。

Chinese character“死(death)”in‘Huangdi Neijing’often shows clinical exacerbation or poor prognosis,among them,the statements about“死不治(incurable diseases)”are rich.After collecting the related disease names about“死不治(incurable diseases)”,the cause and the pathogenesis,there were 14 names,finally six representative names including Fuliang(伏梁),Guangge(关格),Yinyangjiao(阴阳交),Changpi(肠澼),Fengxiao(风消),Xiben(息贲)were selected to make a brief analysis of their interpretations and evolutions,it was thought that the discussions on the disease names based on the cause,pathogenesis,disease evolution could provide a broader research thinking for the differentiation and diagnosis,the prognosis and treatment of modern critical diseases.
