摘要
目的:探讨脑电仿生电刺激仪联合神经康复训练对脑梗死患者脑血流动力学及生活质量的影响。方法:将88例患者随机分为两组,每组44例,两组均根据病情调控血压、血糖,改善微循环,采用他汀及神经保护剂等治疗,观察组同时给予脑电仿生电刺激仪及神经康复训练,对比两组治疗两周后双侧大脑中动脉(middle cerebral artery,MCA)平均血流速度、基底动脉(basilar artery,BA)平均血流速度、Brunnstrom评分及Barthel指数。结果:Barthel指数干预后两组均明显升高(P<0.05),观察组升高更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者双侧MCA及BA平均血流速度干预后两组均明显升高(P<0.05),观察组升高更明显(P<0.05)。Brunnstrom评分干预后两组均明显升高(P<0.05),观察组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:脑电仿生电刺激仪联合早期系统神经康复训练与药物治疗紧密结合,安全性高,能够有效修复神经功能,改善脑血流动力学指标,提高肢体运动及日常生活能力和生存质量。
Objective:To explore the effects of EEG bionic electrical stimulator and neural rehabilitation training on cerebral hemodynamics and quality of life of the patients suffering cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:All 88 patients were randomized into two groups,44 cases each group,they accepted the therapy including adjusting blood pressure,blood glucose,improving microcirculation,using statin and neuroprotection,and others,the control group accepted EEG bionic electrical stimulator and neural rehabilitation training,to compare mean blood flow velocity of bilateral middle cerebral artery(MCA),mean blood flow velocity of basilar atery(BA),Brunnstrom scores and Barthel index(BI)between both groups two weeks after treating.Results:After the intervention,BI rose notably in both groups(P<0.05),the increase of the observation group was more notable(P<0.05).After the intervention,mean blood flow velocity of MCA and BA increased notably in both groups(P<0.05),the lift of the observation group was more notable(P<0.05).Brunnstrom scores increased remarkably in both groups after the intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group rose more notably(P<0.05).Conclusion:EEG bionic electrical stimulator plus neural rehabilitation training and medicine could effectively repair nerve function,improve the indexes of cerebral hemodynamics,raise limb motor,daily living ability and survival quality with high safety.
