成渝地区双城经济圈背景下公路水路交通一体化发展研究

Research on the Integrated Development of Highway and Waterway Transportation under the Background of Double City Economic Circle in Chengdu-Chongqing Region

中央推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设,使之上升为国家战略,目标建设成中国“第四极”,这给成渝地区交通一体化发展带来了新机遇。首先分析当前成渝地区公路水路一体化发展的需求与存在的主要问题,结合2025年初步实现4个“1小时”、3个“一体化”的发展目标,提出了在新背景下的公路水路一体化发展构想与具体建议,推动成渝地区交通一体化发展。

The Central Committee′s special plan promotes the construction of the double city economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region,making it a national strategy and building it into the"fourth pole"of China,bringing new opportunities for the development of transportation integration in Chengdu-Chongqing region.Under the background of the construction of double city economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region,this paper analyzes the current situation,the demand and the existing main problems of highway and water transportation integration construction in Chengdu-Chongqing region,and clarifies the goal of 4"one-hour",3"integration"in 2025,and puts forward the development ideas and specific suggestions of highway and waterway integration under the new background,so as to promote Chengdu—Chongqing Regional transportation integration development.
